Your Association continues to engage the services of Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA) to handle the Property Management of Windward and the Association needs. CMA continues its’ communications reporting system to meet the complex needs of the Association and to help in the decision making process.

CMA has a maintenance tracking system, a complete accounting department, a covenants and violations tracking system, and a master vendor listing. Your assigned Property Manager is the liaison between the WCSA Committees, Board of Directors and homeowners in the Windward Community. Telephone calls average about 300+ per month. Emails average about 75 per day.

CMA tracks all new and resale homeowner’s names and forwards sales information to Windward Homeowners, Inc. (WHI). Not all sales are forwarded by closing attorneys to the management company, so if you are listing your home or have purchased a new home, please notify us.  If you have sold your home or have purchased from a homeowner, please report this to us as well in order to avoid any confusion in the WCSA billing process.
